What happens during the 30-minute interview

This is not a demo and not a sales call.

It’s a structured conversation designed to help you step back and clearly understand how your current tools, spreadsheets, and software actually support your day-to-day operations.

During the interview, we discuss:


  • The tools you use today (software, Excel, manual steps)
  • Where information is duplicated or lost
  • Friction points that waste time or create errors
  • Bilingual or workflow limitations
  • Bottlenecks that limit growth or visibility


For the first 20 minutes, you talk — we listen.
We ask focused questions, take notes, and reflect what we hear back to you.

In the final minutes, we summarize:


  • What’s working well
  • What’s creating unnecessary complexity
  • Where improvements may have the biggest impact


You leave with clarity, not a pitch.
If custom software makes sense, we’ll say so. If it doesn’t, we’ll say that too.
